My name is " ZERO|GS ", I got banned permanently in March 14, I visited the Banlist to see the reason, I found that the reason is "Duplicate 0:0:49396847".. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Is that because I have TWO accounts on the website??? What can I do??? I didn't make anything wrong or cheated.. PLEASE remove the ban because I have no idea what I have done.. and if I have done something wrong I didn't know that it is wrong..! THANK YOU.
